Studio Policies

All appointments are request-based and must be approved before they are officially booked.

After requesting your appointment, new guests are required to complete a New Guest Consult Form with current photos of your hair, inspiration photos, hair history, and your goals. This helps me make sure you are booked for the correct service and that enough time is reserved for your appointment.

If a different service, additional time, color correction, or consultation-only appointment is needed, I will reach out before approving your request.

Beri Beauty Studio specializes in hair that is jaw-length or longer. Pixie cuts and clipper cuts are not offered at this time.

All new color and blonding guests are required to complete the New Guest Consult Form before their appointment is approved.

If you book a consultation, the form will be sent after booking and must be completed before the actual consultation. This allows me to review your current hair, hair history, inspiration photos, and goals before we meet.

Appointments may not be approved until the form is completed.

Beri Beauty Studio is a private, appointment-only home studio located in Texas City, TX.

For privacy, safety, and a calm one-on-one experience, the exact studio address is only shared once your appointment has been approved and confirmed.

Because the studio is located in a private home setting, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time unless we have discussed otherwise ahead of time.

Please do not share the studio address with others.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24–48 hours may be subject to a 50% service fee.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a 50% service fee and may require a deposit or prepayment before booking future appointments.

Repeated last-minute cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled depending on the time available.

If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.

A no-show is when a guest does not arrive for their appointment and does not communicate beforehand.

No-shows may require a deposit or prepayment before booking future appointments.

All prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, color history, product usage, and the time needed to complete your service.

Each color and blonding service includes a standard product allowance based on the service selected. Longer, thicker, dense, resistant, previously colored, or corrective hair may require additional product and/or time.

Because product needs are not always known until the service is in progress, additional product or time may be added to your final total when necessary.

Additional product and time may be added when needed to complete the service properly.

This may apply to longer hair, thicker hair, dense hair, resistant hair, previous color, corrective work, or services that require additional bowls, gloss, toner, lightener, or color.

Additional product and time are added in set increments based on what is needed during the appointment.

A color correction may be needed when your hair requires more than a standard color, blonding, or toning service to safely reach your goal.

This may include previous box dye, uneven color, banding, dark color buildup, unwanted warmth, multiple tones throughout the hair, or a major color change.

Corrective color is highly customized, and results can vary depending on your starting point, hair history, current hair condition, and desired result.

In many cases, multiple sessions may be necessary to safely work toward your goal.

If your appointment is booked as a standard color or blonding service but requires a true color correction, your service may be upgraded accordingly at your appointment.

Hair results can vary depending on your starting color, previous color history, hair condition, porosity, density, texture, and at-home care.

Inspiration photos are used as a guide, but exact results cannot be guaranteed.

My priority is always to improve your hair while protecting the health and integrity of it.

If you have a concern about your hair after your appointment, please reach out within 7 days so I can review it with you.

Adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be related to the original service performed.

Adjustments do not include changes of mind, new color goals, services that were not originally discussed during the consultation, or issues caused by at-home care after the appointment.

Due to the time, product, and custom nature of hair services, all services are non-refundable.

If you have a concern about your result, please contact me within 7 days so we can discuss the best next step.

To maintain a calm and focused appointment experience, please come to your appointment alone unless previously discussed.

Because Beri Beauty Studio is a private home studio, extra guests and children are not permitted unless approved ahead of time.

Deposits or prepayment may be required for select appointments, corrective color, major transformations, or guests with repeated last-minute cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows.

Deposits are applied toward the scheduled service and may be non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled late or missed.

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

Accepted payment methods may include card, cash, or approved payment options through Vagaro.

Gratuity is always appreciated but never required.

Guests can earn points on qualifying services and redeem them toward future appointments.

250 points = a $25 Beri Beauty Reward Credit toward an eligible service.

Rewards cannot be applied toward color corrections, add-ons, additional product, additional time, consultation fees, deposits, or gratuity.

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

Beri Beauty Rewards may be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time.

Consultation fees are credited toward your booked service when scheduled within 30 days of the consultation.

Consultations are for guests who are unsure what service to book, have questions about what their hair can realistically achieve, or need a detailed plan before scheduling a full appointment.

A New Guest Consult Form will be sent after booking and must be completed before your consultation. This allows me to review your current hair, color history, inspiration photos, and goals before we meet.

Client photos may be taken before, during, or after your appointment for documentation, formulation notes, or portfolio purposes.

Photos will only be used for marketing or social media with your permission.

Your at-home care can affect the longevity and health of your hair color.

Professional products, proper heat protection, gentle washing, and recommended maintenance appointments help support your results between visits.

Beri Beauty Studio is not responsible for changes caused by at-home color, box dye, improper product use, excessive heat, chlorine, hard water, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.

Guests are responsible for sharing accurate hair history, including previous color, lightener, box dye, color removers, smoothing treatments, medications or health changes that may affect the hair, and any known allergies or sensitivities.

Withholding, forgetting, or failing to disclose important hair history may affect the final result, the condition of the hair, and what can safely be achieved during the appointment.

If new information is discovered during the appointment, the service plan, timing, pricing, or final result may need to be adjusted.

If you are feeling sick, have a fever, symptoms that may be contagious, lice, or any contagious scalp condition, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

This helps maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable studio experience for every guest.

Beri Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse, adjust, or discontinue a service if the requested service is not suitable for the guest’s hair, if expectations are not realistic, if important hair history was not disclosed, if studio policies are not respected, or if the studio environment becomes uncomfortable or unsafe.
